Delivery
Typical delivery time frame is between 4 to 14 days after your order is placed. However, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
For now our presence is online only, We are planning to open our local warehouses and stores in major cities of Indian shortly. For that we need your support, you can support us by sharing our online store with your friends and family members and wish us luck.
Yes, our courier partners are working 24/7 and it will make delivery process faster. If you don’t want your package to be delivered on weekends for any reason, please make note while placing order.
Please contact us if you like your package delivered quickly, our support team will check if faster delivery option is available for shipping address or not and assist you with that. Keep in mind, Faster delivery method may cost you some extra money.

- Once you find it, select right option of that item like color, size or material if any of your choice.
- Add item to cart and follow checkout process by entering name, address and other details.
- Select appropriate payment option, it will redirect you to our payment partner.
- Complete payment process and you are done.
- You will receive email for confirmed order and once your order is shipped you will receive tracking information as well.
We have partner with Razorpay payment gateway providers which accepts all major UPI and credit/debit cards like Amex, Visa, Master Card, JCB, Rupay, etc and also, you can pay using UPI or net banking.
You can pay via all major UPI payment methods like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon pay, and more. Still you can not find your bank or card in any of our payment method, please contact us we will help you with direct bank transfer or any other possible payment alternative.
Yes, all our prices are including tax and you don’t need to pay any extra tax.
Your Oder
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Tracking information may not available for a few days until it’s not scanned at a regional courier warehouse. Once the package is processed at a regional courier warehouse, tracking information shall update as it moves to the its stoppage.

For now, automatic status update notification facility is not available. Yet you can track your package via tracking information sent you via email and sms on our courier partner website.
All orders will be shipped India Post or private courier service like Delhivery, FedEx, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, eKart Logistic, Xpressbees, Shadowfx, DHL Express, DTDC and other service provide, depending on your location and fastest available service. You will receive tracking number for each of your order package for tracking your live order status.
Returns & Refunds
To make return request, please contact our customer support team by visiting contact us or via email/WhatsApp with your order ID, and describe us what’s the problem. We’ll schedule a time with you and instruct our shipping partner to pick up the original item(s). Kindly go through our Return & Refund Policy and Unboxing Guidelines.
Yes, once we receive your item we will notify you via email that your return is received. Once your return is received and inspected, a exchange/refund process will initiated.

Each product is carefully wrapped in protective materials and placed in sturdy, shock-absorbing boxes designed to withstand the rigors of shipping. In the unlikely event of ”Used/Damaged/Different product is delivered” within 24 hours of delivery and We will intiate return/exchange or refund process after inspecting the product and details you provide.
