Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Before Order Processed/Shipped:

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team by visiting contact us or via email/WhatsApp with your order ID.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non acceptance.
  • Once cancellation is confirmed, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • In case of frequent cancellation of oders, Vantara reserves the right to deny future orders.

1.2 After Order Processed/Shipped:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed/packed or shipped/dispatched. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product as per our return policy.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns:

  • Unboxing video is necessary in case the return/exchange or refund claim, kindly refere our Unboxing Guidelines.
  • At Vantara, we understand the importance of receiving your purchases in perfect condition, especially when it comes to ceramic made and fragile items such as glassware, and other delicate products. That’s why we’ve implemented rigorous packaging standards to ensure your items arrive intact and without damage. Each product is carefully wrapped in protective materials and placed in sturdy, shock-absorbing boxes designed to withstand the rigors of shipping.  In the unlikely event of ”Used/Damaged/Different product is delivered” within 24 hours of delivery and We will intiate return/exchange or refund process after inspecting the product and details you provide.
  • We understand that sometimes products may not fit in your home as expected. For such instances, we offer returns as a service. We accept returns only up to 3 days after the delivery date. Please clearly specify the items you wish to return. If you are returning only part of an order, please hand over only the specified items to the pickup agent.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.
  • We reserve the right to deny a return or to charge for the return if multiple returns have been initiated from the same account.
  • Products having more than a 18% discount is not eligible for a refund, though a Paid exchange is possible.
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable, liquids or gases.
  • Additional non-returnable items:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Tools & Accessories
    • Other consumables Items
  • In case of prepaid orders, Vantara will reserve the right to charge 2 way shipping costs from customer.

2.2 How to Initiate a Return:

  • You should contact our customer support team by visiting contact us or via email/WhatsApp with your order ID, reason for return, unboxing video along with photos of package as it is devlivered to you.
  • Return requests have to be approved before processing return/exchange or refund. The Vantra support team must receive and approve your return request by email or WhatsApp. Once your request is received, it may take 48 hours for the team to get back with or without an approval.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process and arrange for a pickup where applicable.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will receive a return mailing address and instructions on your registered email address after the return is approved.

2.3 Return Pickup:

  • For eligible areas, we provide pickup services for returns.
  • In rare cases, it is possible that the pincode might be unserviceable by our courier partners (Shiprocket and it’s transport service provider) for return. In such cases, the reverse pickup can only be done once the pincode becomes serviceable again or may be required to ship the product to our return address at their own cost. Reimbursement for shipping costs may be provided on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Quality inspection typically takes 2-4 business days after the product is received at our warehouse.
  • All returns and quality checks are subject to the discretion of Vantara but rest assured, we want the Best for you!

3.2 Refund Timelines:

  • Refunds to bank accounts or credit/debit cards: 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds to wallet or store credit: 1-2 business days.

3.3 Partial Refunds:

  • If the returned product is found to be damaged or not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund or reject the return.

3.4 Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable.

4. Exchange Policy

4.1 Product Exchange:

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color variations, subject to availability.
  • Initiate an exchange request within 3 days of delivery by contacting customer support.
  • Refund will be given incase the returned item is not in stock.
